Many of the women we serve are immigrants who left everything familiar to create better opportunities for themselves and their families. Yet, at every turn, they encounter challenges including employment discrimination, financial hardships, and mental health struggles. These barriers can be isolating and, without the right support, prevent talented, resilient women from reaching their full potential.
